Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi Team,

User is unable to understand the below 3 statements from the README of the patch #12958998:

1.This patch includes below cross product patches alongwith its dependency tree(some patch numbers given below)

2.All above patches are included alongwith their dependent AR checkins. So the list of total included patches (for 12.1) goes as below:

3.We could apply this patch as a pre-req for any patch which has dependency on either of below patches(some patch numbers given below)

Can you please explain the above 3 points in a simple English, So that user can understand clearly.
