Usage of Validation Field in Product Attribute Tab

Hi All,

Want to know more about the Validation Field in Product Attribute Tab. I am not able to find out more about this field in Bookshelf document.

1)How to use this Field for Validating the Attribute value?

2)Can some provide the real time examples where we can best use of this field.

3)What type of syntax (Experession ) it accept for validation
