Asset’s disassociation from parent asset.

 

Dear Team,

 

Pls suggest on below case.

 

An asset ABC has been declared as a component of asset  XYZ.

by this XYZ is become a Parent asset of ABC.

Now system is not allowing to change account of  ABC (Account field is greyed out)

 

XYZ (Parent asset)

 

 

                      ABC (Child asset)

  

1-How to disassociate ABC from  XYZ ?

2-How to change asset ABC’s account ?

(Using Siebel 8.1)
