When CIP asset is being capitalizaing. The life of the CIP asset is getting defaulted from asset Category. Say CIP asset's life is 5 years, when i am capitalizaing the CIP Asset. The life is getting changed from 5 years to 3 years and the life is defaulting from asset category. This is a standard functionality as per the user guide. Is there any way around or setup so that CIP life should not affected? Please help me
