Weblogic issue(UPGAST-00014) in upgrading apps server from 10g to 11g FMW

Hi ,

I am running FMW upgrade assistant 11.1.1.6 in CLI .i am using weblogic 10.3.6.

>./ua MT -sourceHome /u01/apps/oracleqa/QA/product/appsrv/mt -destInstanceHome /u01/apps/oracleqa/QA/product/appsrv/Oracle/Middleware/asinst_1
-wlsHost hostname -wlsPort 7001 -wlsUserName weblogic
-invPtrLoc /u01/apps/oracleqa/QA/oraInventory
Oracle Fusion Middleware Upgrade Assistant 11.1.1.6.0

Log file is located at: /u01/apps/oracleqa/QA/product/appsrv/Oracle/Middleware/as_1/upgrade/logs/ua2013-05-01-07-34-05AM.log
Validating source Oracle home directory
Validating destination Oracle instance home directory
Enter the WLS Admin Server password for user "weblogic":
UPGAST-00014: unable to connect to WebLogic Server at hostname:7001
