BI Publisher Scheduler problem

I have scheduled 96 reports generation on BI Publisher scheduler, but turned out only 65 reports could be generated; there is no error on related logs and seems 31 reports' schedule didn't triggered on the BI Publisher. We are using BI Publisher version 10.1.3.3.2 on Windows 2003 R2 X86 (64bits) platform. Do anyone have similar issue and any suggestion to solve the problem?
