New Patch 16234039 To Solve PPR Terminate Action Issue

New Patch 16234039 is now available to resolve the issue where PPR terminate action error out with index out of bound exception,

when IBY Pay Service Request is not yet created.

For this issue customers used to log SR/Bug to terminate the PPR and to get the invoices released. 

Applying this patch will prevent this issue.
