Getting warning at the time of inspecting

Hi,
We are getting warning while inspecting an item.
In the log file its showing as :

"Concurrent Manager encountered an error while attempting to start your immediate concurrent program RVCTP. Routine &ROUTINE received a return code of failure. Contact your support representative."

For this we open the Period as per metalink id 1519033.1

Now We have open this inventory period yesterday at 11:30am, this issue came nearly at 12 as per log.
Suppose, it was not open at the time of running this report. What should we do now?
