BI publisher exports to excell with a problem in number field

 Hello everybody. 
We are experiencing a problem with the publisher´s excel exporter. When we use the "Excel 2000" exporter it changes the value of some integer values and show them in scientific notation. When using the "Excel 2007" exporter everything goes right. The problem is that the user needs their files in ".xls". Even though if we export with the "Excel 2007" exporter and then manually "Save as" excel 97-2003 the file is right  we need to export it automatically. The question is if there's any way in BIP to configure the ".xls" or ".xlsx" part of the file name when using the "Excel
