Work Permit AME Approval

 Dear All,

I am faced with the Work Permit Approval problem in AME.

I have done the necessary setups

-EAM parameter checkbox on for use workflow in workorder

-Flexfield definitions freezed for 'Work Permit' and 'Safety Association'

-AME Work Permit Release Rule with condition on attribute 'PERMIT_STATUS' string equal to 'Released', Action type -approvl group chain of authority, Approver Group is a single FND/HR user

I want approval to be initiated while creating work permit when status is changed from 'Draft' to 'Release'.

Am i missing any setup or doing wrong setup..
