Client connection lost

It is a database server of version 11.2.0.1. My client connection while executing a SQL statement disappears from server and just hangs there with 'not repsonding' message on client side. I observed that process disappeared after approximately 13 minutes on server side. I couldn't find any configuration parameter that might have caused this behavior. I am able to run same SQL from SQL Work sheet in Grid Console. The session stayed alive until i logged out from database and grid console.
I tried to add following sqlnet.ora parameters on client side to debug this issue. I have enabled tracing sqlplus (10046 trace name context forever, level 8) before executing the SQL.
