TRANSACTION_ORG_ID AME Attribute ???

Hi ALL,

Hope you all OK, I am not getting the Purpose of having the Attribute TRANSACTION_ORG_ID within the Rule ?? I mean it is seeded Attribute ?? What is its actual purpose ??
