Multiple Orgs with the same TIN

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question
Our organizational structure is constantly growing and we are now experiencing a new type of setup required by one of our partners. We have multiple sets of 'disregarded entities' that now must be setup within our EBS 12.1.3 system.  The basic premise is that Company A is created and registered and given a TIN.  Companies B, C, and D are then formed and are disregarded entities (they will not file with the IRS) and do NOT have TIN's.  They are 100% owned by Company A.  Outside of this they operate on their own and will have their own financial reports
