Automate Recovery Process

Hi All,
We have many oracle DBs running RMAN backup and few are still running old HOT BACKUP method.
We wanted to convert all DBs to RMAN strategy to avail all the features of RMAN.
However, Mgt is little concern on some critical DBs which are running old hotbackup mode as they are very big 10 to 20TB 

I am providing all necessary details to management that RMAN is best way to maintain larger database for any recovery (from block to database level)However, we need to provide the complete test setup of such huge database for both successfull Backup & Recovery Scenarios
