Patch 12562413 brings new invalids  into the system

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
Patch 12562413 which is pre-req of patch 13716737 brings a higher version of ARXPINVB.pls (120.26.12010000.7).
Earlier version before patching for ARXPINVB.pls was 120.26.12010000.3

ARXPINVS.pls (120.25.12010000.5) is not updated during patching and thus package and package body seems to be out of sync.
