How to change path for WEBTEMPL folder

Hi,

We are in the process of enabling re-branding multiple eService instances with different logos, colors and WebTemplates. We have made a copy of PUBLIC/ENU folder and pointed new instance to that but we were not able to find similar facility to change the folder path for WEBTEMPL folder so that different webtemplates are used for new instance. Is there any way we can force ObjectMgr to read different Webtemplate folder ?

This is on Siebel 8.1.1.7
