ORA-12012, ORA-48318 and ORA-06512

Dear Oracle,

Can you advise me how to get rid of those errors?

The errors happened on everyday, since my database upgrade from 11.1 to 11.2 failed.

There are two Oracle Homes, 11.1 and 11.2 in the server. Dtabase in home 1 and not DB in home 2.

Server is on Windows 2008 R2 64bit
