Cannot reset password user's XSCF on M8000

Hi All,

I try to reset XSCF user’s password on M8000 by follow up on document ID [ID 1297895.1] but cannot succeed, the error messages has shown as below.

Panel mode switch state change not detect

login incorrect

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Anyone ever experience this problem; please help me to know how to solve this problem?
