AAI Missing Error message upon submitting an Income Statement

Hi all

Would anyone know the reason for a user to get an AAI missing error on submitting an Income statement. The statement runs to completion and the numbers are the same as mine . I do not get the AAI error message however, as my access is at a higher level that that of the accountant. Has anyone ever seen this before.
