Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. The 11i, R12.0 and R12.1 patches 16614799, 16737612:R12.PAY.A and 16737612:R12.PAY.B have been released via My Oracle Support for Bugs:

Bug 16614799: 11i- Processing Priority of Court Order Elements is Incorrect
