Is there a way to delay printing of Pick list lines until all lines with same 'Scheduled Pick Date'

Is there a way to delay printing of Pick list lines until all lines with same 'Scheduled Pick Date' are available? (Out of Box JDE E1)

Scenario:
3 line S.O. all lines have same Scheduled Pick Date = Today
Line 1 'W' line completed in the AM and qty available 540
Line 2 'W' line not completed qty NOT available  530
Line 3 'S' line inventory available 540

Scheduled Job for Pick list Print, data selection: Sheduled PIck Date =< today's date
Expectation: No PIck List printed for any lines on this SO due to not all lines have qty available yet.
