Splitting Revenue distributions through SLA

Hello,

Our client has the following requirement to split AR revenue distribution accounting using SLA:

For every distribution of type ‘REV’ (Revenue),
If the Department segment (segment #4) of the GL Account Key = ‘348‘

1.       Update the distribution amount to be ½ (.5) of ‘current’ amount
2.       Create a second distribution for the remaining ½ of the original distribution amount
3.       The GL Account Key on the new distribution will (always) be 0601.31.0401.348.401103.4901.000.00.0000000000.00000.0000

All AR invoices are imported from an external source so they do not want to manually update the distributions.

Is this possible through SLA?
