Mobile receipt page RCV Line DFF

Hi
Can any one help me on how to get Receipt Line DFF in the Mobile PO/ASN receipt page?  i can add only LPN DFF through form personalization. I need receipt DFF in the Mobile receipt page.

Also is there any possibility to show the Quantity in the receipt page like desktop receipt? Why ASN receipt quantity is not defaulting from ASN?
