Re-route Approved PO when total amount is lesser than the original total amount.

Hi Experts,
Need help on how to re-route Approved Purchase Orders for re-approval. Our SCM head would like to re-approve purchase orders that are modified, specifically line items with lesser quantity as the original or with total amount lesser than the original total amount.
