Transaction_quantity is negative in table : mtl_onhand_quantities_detail

Hi Experts

On 11.5.10

INV: FIFO for Original Receipt Date=Yes 

In table mtl_onhand_quantities_detail, the transaction_quantity is negative for the early original received date and positive for other original received date.  

This issue impact the aging report.

What's the reason for this issue? How to prevent this issue occurred？
