Shutting down virtual machines on Live Migrate

 Hi ,
I have setup two OVS and one storage setup with OVM Manager virtualized. And server pool is clustered.

There are two scenarios I'm looking when it comes to HA
(1) I have two designated web servers (as virtual machines) on both OVS which I do not want them to be Live Migrated over to either OVS in case if any of the OVS needs to be shutdown for whatever reasons.

OVS1
guest1 - running

OVS2
guest2 - running

In case if OVS1 needs to be brought down I want the two virtual machines to remain where they are. But since the server pool is clustered, all of them will be Live Migrated over to either OVS.
