Encumbrance Ref like PR & PO

Hi Team,

We have sum the table gl_balances & gl_bc_packets to derive to total encumbered.

Now, we would like to get the ref for each amount as PO # and PR #.

How to link gl_balances & gl_bc_packets with purchasing table to get the corresponding ref for each encumbrance amount.
