EAI error in PimsiEng Log Files (SSSE 8.1.1.6) -> Siebel not synchronizing with Exchange 2010 Web Se

 Hi All,
we are having issues with SSSE and Exchange 2010 (Web Service Connector). the Siebel version is SIA 8.1.1.6
SSSE is configured to transfer Siebel activities to Exchange (Export Only, no sync). This works fine for 95% of our users.

However some some users are not being synced at all. The following error keeps showing up in PimsiEng log file of the affected user:
