Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Messages Stuck in Integration_staging table

Hi,

Messages of ASNin message family is stuck in integration_staging table due to the following java exception:

Caused by: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0

These messages are flowing from RMS to SIM via RIB.

is there a way of consuming/processing these messages?
