cannot print reports off ORACLE

We can print e-mails and from excel but not from Oracle

Oracle 11i version 11.5.10.2 my user is asking below question please advise me.

I just want to get an understand of the printing process. i.e. whether it is going though our print queue or printing directly to the IP address of the printer. User is still reporting issues with print jobs not coming through, but i have left him a VM to get back to me to confirm the problem. Are there anything else you can think of that maybe the cause? Would there be a possible firewall problem? I would appreciate if you could give me as much detail as possible regarding to the printing process to steer me in the correct
