Hello,

We are in the process of implementing Oracle EBS R12.  

I am new to the Oracle community and sincerely tried to find an answer to my question before posting. I am overwhelmed with all the information and can't seem to find the answer to my specific issue.

I am in the process of learning about Oracle Bill Presentment Architecture (BPA) and how I would go about creating a custom invoice via an External Template. The AR Invoice template our implementation vendor created in BPA apparently does not work with our perforated forms. Our invoices are printed on blank standard 8.5” by 11”, however the bottom portion of the invoice is perforated so the customer can detach the remittance and mail it back with their payment.
