P01012 # Open Find Error

Hello,

       E1 # E9.1 (9 .1. 2)

       Application # P01012

       When press find button without any filter, gives error "OPEN FIND ERROR : Please enter serach criteria in one of te filter fields and/or QBE fields and click on Find"

       I would like to know from where this error pops up?

       Also can it possible to put similar logic for any custom application.
