Reserves and Mass Close of Purchasing Documents

Hello,

We are trying to mass close POs. However, we do not want to close PO's that have funds encumbered unless the funds will be released upon close. Please note that we do not want to final close- which I understand that the process does not do. So, we should be ok in that regard. We have attempted to run the concurrent process "Mass Close of Purchasing Documents" and it will close POs that are still committed and encumbered to projects and awards.

Please advise if there is an alternative to this program that will release those encumbered funds upon mass closing the PO or if anyone has another suggestion.
