Is there a way in eBS to mass-email all of our active suppliers?

I'm wondering if there's a way in eBS to mass-email all of our active suppliers. We want to notify them of some new important information, and we will be updating our PO template to include that info... but in addition to that, we wanted a method to broadcast to them immediately these changes. Does anyone know of a concurrent program or such that can be utilized to accomplish a mass mailing via email (and not snail mail)?
