Patch 14162290: R12.PJ_PJ.B.DELTA.5 - May we go Back Apply the Pre-Reqs?

Hi,
When we applied R12.PJ_PJ.B.DELTA.5, we missed the pre-requisite patches.
We are not in a position to go back to R12.PJ_PJ.B.DELTA.5.
Is it OK to apply the pre-req patches now or do we need any additional steps.
