CPU April 2013 patching - Question on CPU, PSU, SPUs

Hi,
Customer is upgrading  EBS instance to R12(12.1.3).  Database version will be 11.2.0.3.6 and tech stack versions will be 10.1.2.3 & 10.1.3.5 respectively.
They are in IBM AIX 6.1 64 bit operating system. We want to apply latest(preferrably April 2013) Security Patch Updates (SPU) , and Patch Set Updates (PSU)  and security alerts(if any).
Please let us know the prereqs, patches and versions required for it

the following  infromation from various Oracle Notes(mainly from 1525152.1)


RDBMS(11.2.0.3) 16056266
