Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

We just upgraded from 8.1.1.3 SEA to 8.1.1.9 SIA

We patched the application with 8.1.1.10 now we want to turn the Open UI on.

Do we need to do the IRM or is it part of the upgrade we just did.
