Unable to access the E - Business Tax Manager Responsibility

Hi,

I am in process of starting the setup for E - Business Tax on a new production instance. I assigned the Tax Managers Responsibility to my user & also set the Required profile options. But whenver i am trying to access the page, I am getting and error and it is telling me to logout. I have attached the screen shots in the file attached. Need help to resolve this issue.
