Requirement in Payables

Hi,

I have following requirement, please let us know how to implement using payables & Purchasing modules.

We have no.of branches & each branch having employees. Branch1 employee was created invoices. Branch2 employee should not view those invoices which was created by Branch1 employee.

Here Balance Segment value is the Branch.
