Clarification regarding Setup Types

 Hi,
I am just exploring setup type functionality in Bills of Material.
I have defined Setup Standard Operations & Setup Types.
Assigned setup types to resources & along with changeover time.
Also assigned setup types on Routing->Operation Resources.
But as expected I am not able to see changeover time included in Discrete job time.
Is there any step I am missing?
