How to provide RDA for IBY

Hi,

we have end dated PPP by inactivating it but it is still showing in the LOV so i have raised an SR with Oracle they are asking to provide RDA for the same but am finding some issues while providing it can anyone please help me out in this

Please upload the RDA for Application Shortname IBY and AP

Please run the Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) on the instance where you are
experiencing the issue and upload the output file to your SR.
You can review the RDA output using a web browser. Instructions for the RDA
are available via MOS at
