12.1.3 : Install HRMS Latest Patch set- Multinode Environment

Hi,

We planned to upgrade latest HRMS patch set (R12.HR_PF.B.DELTA.5) in PRODUCTION instance,
we have the below mentioned server architecture (Multi-Node Environment)
>>Database + Concurrent in One Node
>>App Node 1
>>App Node 2

Kindly confirm the patch set and the latest budget patch(Budget patch 16521006:R12.PER.B -- HRMSR12.1: BUDGET 2013 CHANGES)
needs to be applied whether in all the above mentioned node or is that ok if we can apply in Single node itself

However in notes 145837.1 it is mentioned that "For multi-node/RAC setups, DataInstall need only to be run on the primary node"

So kindly suggest, in which particular node we got to apply or do we need to apply to all the nodes
