Tech portal-Closed WIP job does not display the Materials used in the repair

Business Requirement

Under repair history region in Evaluation tab, the previous Repair orders associated with the serial number are displayed.

if you click the hyperlink,you can see all the previous information but not the material used in the previous repair order.

This information is vital as we would like to see what are the previous parts consumed.

Analysis
If the WIP job is in closed status,it does not display the materials used for this repair.looks its a bug.

Can you please advise why the system doesn't display the materials(parts) of closed jobs in technician Portal.
