We need to sync only the objects from PROD to test

Hi,

We need to sync only the objects from PROD to test data only the meta data of objects and not the data.

Can you please suggest any oracle tools or any scripts to do the same,For Eg:Table creation/Column addition in Source RPOD should get replicated in TEST instance as well.
