11i- Patch 3480000 Fails Processing jtfpfcreate.sql and jtfpfcleanmv.sql scripts.

Hi,

When attempting to  apply patch 3480000  to upgrade e-biz 11.5.9 to 11.5.10.2,
the process is hanging  at XDPMIGFX.sql as shown below:
