Usage of CST_Inventory_PUB.Calculate_InventoryValue

 Hi,
I need to get the intransit value of an item from from the temp table cst_inv_qty_temp in which data is populated using the API  "CST_Inventory_PUB.Calculate_Inventory Value" .
I tried executing this API by passing parameters and see the data in the   cst_inv_qty_temp table is not populated.

If anyone worked on this API please advice me what are the prerequisites to run this API

Note : This API is used in the "All Inventory Values Report", which I need to use in a custom report.
