View employees in the AR customer form

In 11i, when I searched the Receivables customer form for a person who was an employee in the HR application, the search returned that person.  I could then create an account for them. Once done, only one party record existed for the person.

In R12, when I search the customer form for an employee, I get no results.  I've enabled the profile option HZ: Enable DQM Party Search, but my search still finds nothing.

Does anyone know how to enable the ability to see HR employees in the AR customer form?
