CREATE PO is not launched after Requisition Approved in the REQAPPRV

 HI ,

In the Main Requisition Approval , I have a activity " Get AutoCreate PO Mode " (activity result is On-line ) ,
and Launch Create PO Workflow (activity result is Activity Performed ) ... my requisition approval Workflow completed Successfully .

But it does not launch the CREATE PO Workflow ?

Please give me the suggestions ...
