Problem with Products Constraints at Siebel 8.1.1.10 with Open UI

 Hi,

I faced problem when using Products constraint in Siebel 8.1.1.10 with Open UI. I'm using eCommunications_enu and can't work with products constraint.

My problems are:
1. Constraint created before changing UI to Open UI are not working.
2. When clicking button New Constraint i'm getting 12 constraints but can't go to other one by using Next Record Set button (screen 1)
Siebel is processing something but without any results.

3. When i choose first constraint and click Continue button i'm getting this view (screen 2) which is not correct and i can't do anything from this moment. I mean this is last view of configuring new constraint when i can choose something from the list.
