Cannot select Employee when Entering a Preapproved Batch

Hi,

I cannot select an employee when entering a Timecards expenditure batch in Preapproved Batched in Oracle Project Costing.

I have defined the employee with a rate in Labour Cost Schedules.

What can be the cause of this problem?
